Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ZT Direct LLC ("ZT Direct," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with Restyling Jobs, https://restylingjobs.com, and websites, landing pages, forms, workflows, communications, and marketing campaigns that we operate (collectively, the "Services").
We provide managed marketing and campaign services to automotive restyling shops and other business customers ("Clients"). Some campaign pages and communications are operated by us on behalf of a Client. When a Client is identified on a page, form, advertisement, or communication, information submitted in response may be provided to that Client and may also be governed by the Client's privacy practices.
1. Personal Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:
Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, and mailing or service addresses;
Company name, job title, service area, and other business contact information;
Information submitted through contact, quote, appointment, intake, checkout, survey, or campaign-response forms;
Project interests, vehicle or service details, preferred appointment times, and communications with us or a Client;
Campaign instructions, customer or prospect files, suppression lists, and related records supplied by Clients;
Billing contact information, subscription information, transaction history, and limited payment-method details supplied by a payment processor; and
Any other information you choose to provide.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use an online Service, we and our providers may automatically collect IP address, browser and device information, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time of access, form and campaign interactions, and similar usage and diagnostic information.
Information From Clients, Public Sources, and Data Providers
We may receive personal information from Clients, public records, business directories, property records, referral sources, and commercial data or mailing-list providers. This information may include names, business contact details, mailing addresses, geographic areas, vehicle characteristics, inferred service eligibility, prior customer or inquiry status, communication preferences, and campaign-response information. We may combine information from these sources with other information described in this Policy.
2. Client Data and Campaign Data
Clients may provide customer or prospect information so that we can perform reactivation, direct-mail, email, SMS, lead-generation, reporting, or related services. When we process personal information solely on a Client's instructions, the Client determines the purposes and means of the processing and is responsible for its relationship with the affected individuals. Questions or privacy requests concerning Client-controlled information may need to be directed to the relevant Client. We will reasonably assist the Client as required by applicable law and our agreement with that Client.
We may also source mailing or prospect information for a Client campaign. Unless otherwise agreed and permitted by the applicable data-source license, the underlying list remains under our control and is not transferred to the Client. We may provide the Client with campaign reporting and information from individuals who respond to that Client's campaign.
Clients are responsible for providing lawful instructions and for having the rights, notices, permissions, and consents required for the requested campaign. We may decline, suspend, or stop processing that we reasonably believe is unlawful, unauthorized, or inconsistent with provider requirements.
3. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
Provide, operate, personalize, support, and improve the Services;
Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, schedule appointments, and connect campaign respondents with the identified Client;
Plan, create, deliver, measure, and report on direct-mail, email, SMS, advertising, reactivation, and lead-generation campaigns;
Administer Client relationships, subscriptions, payments, invoices, refunds, and records;
Send transactional, service, customer-support, and permitted marketing communications;
Maintain opt-out, do-not-contact, and suppression records;
Analyze traffic, usage, campaign performance, and conversions;
Advertise and remarket our Services or measure advertising effectiveness;
Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
Comply with law, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and protect rights and safety; and
Carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with your direction or consent.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, measure campaigns, prevent fraud, and support advertising or remarketing. These technologies may collect the automatically collected information described above and may associate it with a browser, device, or campaign interaction.
We may use analytics and advertising providers, including providers offering services comparable to Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta advertising tools. The providers actually in use may change.
Where required, non-essential technologies will be used only after the required consent or choice has been obtained. You may be able to manage cookies through an on-site preference tool, when provided, and through your browser or device settings. Blocking cookies may affect some Service functionality.
5. Email and Text Messages
We or a Client may send email or SMS messages when permitted by applicable law and consistent with the permissions associated with the relevant contact information. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing our Services. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of a text-message program or HELP for help. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method where required.
We may retain suppression information after an opt-out so that we and, where applicable, the relevant Client can honor the request. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records are not sold or disclosed to unaffiliated third parties for their own unrelated marketing. They may be disclosed to the Client identified in the relevant campaign and to providers that help deliver, route, support, secure, or document the requested communications.
6. Payments and Recurring Billing
Payments and recurring charges may be processed by third-party payment and commerce platforms, such as Stripe or platforms integrated with Stripe. Those providers collect and process payment-card or bank-account information under their own privacy notices. We generally receive billing contact information, payment status, transaction amount, subscription status, invoices, and limited payment-method details rather than a complete card number or security code.
7. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information:
To the relevant Client. We may provide an identified campaign sponsor or service provider with information submitted in response to its campaign, including lead and appointment information.
To service providers. We may use hosting, CRM, automation, analytics, advertising, email, SMS, telephone, payment, security, data, printing, mail-house, fulfillment, professional-adviser, and other operational providers.
At a Client's direction. When handling Client-controlled information, we may disclose it as instructed by that Client and permitted by our agreement and applicable law.
For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues; enforce agreements; or protect rights, property, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
In a business transaction. Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with financing, due diligence, a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of some or all of our business or assets.
With your direction or consent. We may disclose information for another purpose that is disclosed to you or that you authorize.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include certain advertising technology or other disclosures made for valuable consideration. Where such a law applies to us, we will provide the notices and choices it requires.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, complete campaigns, maintain business and tax records, honor suppression requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention varies based on the type of information, Client instructions, contractual requirements, provider capabilities, and legal obligations. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, deidentify, or aggregate it. Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or systems scheduled for routine deletion.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Clients should provide only the information reasonably necessary for a campaign and should not upload Social Security numbers, complete payment-card information, health information, children's information, or other sensitive information unless we have expressly agreed in writing to process it.
10. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message and opt out of an SMS program by replying STOP. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. We will evaluate and respond to requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification.
If your information was collected or processed for a Client, we may refer the request to that Client or ask you to contact the Client directly. We may still retain suppression information needed to honor a request not to receive future communications.
11. California Privacy Disclosures
California's Online Privacy Protection Act requires covered commercial website operators to describe categories of personal information collected, categories of third parties with whom it may be shared, how users may request changes when a process exists, the effective date of the policy, and how material changes are communicated. Those matters are described throughout this Policy.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no uniform industry response to that signal, our Services do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we will process that signal as legally required. Third parties may collect information about online activities over time and across different websites when their technologies are used.
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies only to businesses that satisfy its applicability requirements. If that law or another comprehensive state privacy law applies to our processing of your information, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, or opting out of certain sales, sharing, profiling, or targeted advertising. You may exercise an applicable right by using the contact methods below. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
12. International Users
ZT Direct is based in the United States, and the Services are directed primarily to businesses and individuals in the United States. If information is transferred across jurisdictional borders, it may be processed in locations with different data-protection laws. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards or rights, we will provide them.
13. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
14. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Services may link to or integrate with websites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we encourage you to review them.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date above. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change applies.
